Lesbia Nieves – Connecticut National Guard’s first Latina Brigadier General, recently inducted into the CT Veterans Hall of Fame. We are also honored to recognize outstanding members of the Manchester Fire Department, Ambulance Service of Manchester, and the Manchester Police Department for their exceptional service and dedication!
