One of my greatest strengths is building partnerships within the community, having served on the Board of Directors of several major non-profit organizations including My Sisters Place, MACC Charities, March Inc and Midwest Food Bank New England. I am a champion and advocate for small business growth. I look forward to helping make the Chamber an even greater partner and a reliable strategic resource for its members. My goal for 2023 – Making the Greater Manchester Chamber a true resource for its members and beyond. We will be an advocate, a partner, and a network, for the betterment of business in our community. Making the Greater Manchester Chamber a more inclusive organization for our members.

Amy Heritage
Having two little ones at home, who are not yet old enough to be in school, I had to make the tough decision of either working full time but missing out on important milestones with my children or work a few hours per week giving me the best of both worlds! While I had to choose family first, I am lucky enough to have been offered the flexibility to work one day a week, allowing me to continue to work with our membership I have grown to enjoy since 2005. I was barely out of High School when I began my career with the GMCC as the Administrative Assistant. As a child, I was always a bit shy, but thanks to working my way through the ranks, I was able to overcome my introverted nature through the extensive work we do with the business community. The rewards are many when you work for a Chamber of Commerce. Watching a business cut their ribbon, to celebrating their 10-year Anniversary is so gratifying, even if we only played a small part in that success.
Sherry Flanagan
I joined the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce as the new Administrative Assistant in January 2023. With over 10 years of experience in retail luxury sales, marketing, along with exceptional presentation skills, I hope to bring about a transformative change to the chamber. With my in-depth knowledge of what our members need and what technology is available today, will allow me to succeed in providing excellent customer service. I’m also passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships that are built on trust and commitment. My goal for the chamber is to create an environment where our members and local businesses can grow and prosper.
