The Chamber Team

April DiFalco - President

Joining the Chamber team in early 2004, April worked her way through the ranks of the GMCC. Beginning her career as the Administrative Assistant, within six months April became Coordinator of Programs and Services and then Director of Membership Services.  It was in July 2013 that April took over the reigns of President, working closely with the membership, Town officials, Boards and Committees  to contribute to making Manchester a better place to live, work and do business.  April currently manages the Chamber team while getting involved in the community by sitting on the following boards and commissions;  Downtown Special Services District, Economic Development Commission, MHS Career Panel Speaker Coordinator, Coordinator for the Chamber’s very own JA Day and the Outreach Administrator for the Manchester Manufacturers Outreach and Referral Program.  Call April if you are thinking of expanding your business and need assistance on where to begin, need a refresher on the benefits of membership, exploring sponsorship opportunities or just to say “hello,” her door is always open.



Amy Heritage - Bookkeeper

In 2005, Amy joined the Chamber team as the Administrative Assistant, then took on more responsibilities with coordination of events and  Director of Member Services.  In Spring 2020, Amy will transition from her full-time role as Director of Member Services, to the part-time position of Bookkeper. If you have a question on an invoice or any billing issues, please contact Amy.


Lisa Poutre - Administrative Services Manager

Lisa Poutre joined our team in 2017 as our Administrative Services Manager. Lisa comes to us with a strong background in Chamber "life," as the former Operations Manager with another CT Chamber for ten years.  Lisa truly understands all aspects of not only the day to day administrative activities, but also our annual events, member services and overall Chamber culture. If you would like to schedule or coordinate hosting an event, need information updated on the website, interested in mass mailings, need assistance with press releases, discuss member benefits or advertising options, schedule a SCORE appointment or need to RSVP to an event, please contact Lisa.  Her office hours are Wednesday - Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.




Emma Petersen - Director of Member Services 

In January 2020, Emma joined the Chamber as the Director of Member Services.  Emma meets with businesses to educate on the benefits of membership, and will also coordinate major Chamber events.  If you’re looking to join the Chamber, need a refresher on the benefits of membership or would like to explore sponsorship opportunities - give Emma a call, she’ll be happy to help.
