Advertising

Deskbook Directory 3,500 Copies Produced Annually.

Members may purchase advertising space in the annual Deskbook Directory. Ad sizes range from a 1/12th of a page to a full page, and many sizes in between. Prices vary depending on the size of the ad. Advertising spaces are sold on a first-come, first serve basis.

Produced Annually.

Advertising space in varying sizes and prices is available on the new Street Map being produced by the Chamber. Space is limited, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Chamber member discounts apply, and discount for members advertising on the map and Directory in the same year.

Advertising On Chamber Happenings Calendar

Members may advertise on the Chamber's Happenings Calendar. 1,200 copies are circulated monthly. Your ad will be seen at the top of every calendar that month.

Inserts In Monthly Mailings

Members may take advantage of the Chamber's monthly mailing to reach the nearly 1,200 business people on our mailing list. You will need to deliver 1,200 copies of your insert, on 20# bond paper, (no card stock), letter folded to fit into a #10 envelope, and you must coordinate all inserts through the Chamber to ensure availability.

Mailing Labels

Members wanting to do their own direct mailing to the Chamber's mailing list may purchase a set of mailing labels. You will be asked to fax the Chamber office a copy of your mailing prior to getting your labels. (The Chamber will not provide mailing labels on disc.)

E-Minder Advertising

When the timing is not right for your insert in the monthly mailing, you may take advantage of the Chamber's weekly e-minder to its members by including information about a specific event on our e-minders. Information is to be 60 words or less and cannot include photos, graphics, logos, etc. Color is available at an additional charge.

Television Commercials

Smaller members have the opportunity to participate in the Chamber's television commercial program through Cox Media. Four members share one spot thereby reducing the cost for each of the four. Commercials are shown over 600 times on 13 major cable networks (not public access), over a six month period.

Website Advertising

More and more businesses are looking toward website advertising with more and more people shopping online. Ask us how you can advertise on the Chamber's website.

Newspaper Column

As a further extension of the Chamber's Referral Services, each week in the Reminder Newspaper's a one quarter page runs in the Manchester edition. The Chamber uses this space for a rotating alphabetical list of our members. When your business is included in theses ads, you will receive a copy in the event you did not see it.

Sponsorships

Annual Golf Tournament

The Chamber's Annual Golf Tournament held in June at Manchester Country Club offers members a great day on the links. This fund-raiser for the Chamber is open to members, their clients, vendors, friends, and employees. If you're not a golfer, consider one of the many sponsorship opportunities available to members or getting involved with the Golf Committee.

Business To Business Expo

Held at Cheney Hall each March, the Expo sells out quickly. Roughly 50 Member businesses take advantage of this annual event to show off their products / services to the more than 180 attendees. The Expo runs for one evening, and all vendors receive a contact list after the Expo for their follow up purposes. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dinner Dance (Not Just for Chamber Members!)

An evening not to be missed, our Dinner Dance is the Chamber's only other annual fund-raiser. The Dinner Dance is a grand evening of fun, dress-up, dancing, great food, prize packages and surprises. Many sponsorship opportunities are available to get your business name out in front of over 300 people. Committee involvement opportunities also available.

Annual Meeting / Luncheon

Held in April every year, this event always brings in a full house. Find out where the Chamber has been and the direction they are going in for the upcoming year. The Community Achievement Award is presented at this luncheon. Get your name out in front of 200 people by sponsoring this event.

New Member Reception

New to our list of larger events, this Reception is held at the Chamber in July each year to welcome our newest Members and re-connect with long time Members. With over 100 people in attendance, this is another great event to sponsor and "get your name out there."

Holiday Reception

Ring in the Holidays with us. Over 100 people attend the Holiday Reception annually. Our Holiday Reception is held in early December each year and like all other events, proves to be a great source for networking, mingling and a great way to meet fellow Members. Ask about sponsoring this festive event.
