Listings

Community Business Directory

Published annually, 3,500 copies of the Deskbook Directory are distributed throughout the community. GMCC also hosts an online version on their website. This year we have combined our directory with a business start-up guide and are looking forward to publishing it soon!

Referral Services

The Chamber receives frequent calls asking for the name of a florist, accountant, plumber, hotel, attorney, bookkeeping, etc. Only Chamber members are referred, as our members are the businesses who support the local economy.

Social Media Promotions

Connect with @ctmanchesterchamber on Facebook and Instagram. We promote member content and run specialized campaigns throughout the year.

Website

Your business is listed on the Chamber's website, under the Membership listing. If your business has a website, it is linked to the Chamber site so folks can go directly from our site to yours.

Weekly E-Newsletter

Members are encouraged to share what’s happening in their business; including promotions, certifications, etc. for this weekly publication. Limited space available  

Out & About

Special Event Planning

We assist members in planning special events for their business. Hold an open house, grand opening or anniversary event with the help of GMCC staff. Call to get all the details on holding an Open House, Grand Opening, or other event. 

Monthly Networking Events

Members getting together before or after hours to network with other members while enjoying coffee & goodies, or libations & lite fare.

Annual Events

These quarterly events focus on GMCC’s community philanthropy while taking the time to celebrate our members.

ERCCA Involvement

Chamber members automatically become members of the East of the River Chambers of Commerce Association (ERCCA) made up of four Chambers east of the river. Watch your mail for ERCCA events and news.

Deskbook Directory Advertising

Members may purchase advertising space in the annual Deskbook Directory. Ad sizes range in size, location, and pricing - there's an ad for every budget. Advertising space is sold on a first-come, first serve basis. 3,500 copies produced and distributed annually. Contact April for more information.

Website Advertising

The GMCC website makes it easy for members and the public alike to find the type of businesses they want, but the best way to reach a new customer is by being present on more than just the listing page. Get your company logo on the Chamber's home page and be the first thing your potential client sees. For more information, please contact us.

Mailing Labels

Members who want to do their own direct mailing to the Chamber's mailing list may purchase a set of address labels. You will be asked to email or fax the Chamber office a copy of your mailing prior to receiving the labels. The Chamber will not provide mailing labels on disc. Cost $60 for full set of contacts, $40 for main rep labels only. Contact us for specific details.

Exclusive Email Advertising

The Chamber's weekly emails are received by 1,000+ contacts to inform them of the week's events and member news. Highlight your special promotion by purchasing a special block ad in "The Lowdown". You also have the option to send an Exclusive Email, which allows Chamber members to design a full email with as many images and/or pdf links as you desire. Members are able to schedule the time and date their exclusive goes out in addition to choosing their own subject line. The Lowdown advertising costs $50, while Exclusive Emails cost $75. For both options, please contact us for assistance.

Ambassador Club

This group is dedicated to welcoming new Chamber Members, these hardworking individuals can’t be missed with their official red sweaters & golf shirts! Ambassadors meet for lunch on the second Wednesday of each month. Cost is $125/yr. Covers lunches, apparel & badge.

Business Referral Groups

These non-competitive lead and referral groups are industry specific and meet twice a month. Call to verify group eligibility. Cost is $40/ yr.

Targeted Marketing Lists

Let the GMCC help you generate leads. Purchase a highly detailed spreadsheet of area businesses. This powerful list may also be disseminated by industry. Cost $250 for full list, $75 per industry list.
